
I have nothing fresh and interesting to say about food today. Other than the reduced fat peanut butter I ate on toast this morning and the NY strip steak with twice baked potatoes I ate for supper, what I ate was crap. I made two trips to get coffee: one to Caribou Coffee where I ordered a medium coffee cooler, another to Starbucks for a grande nonfat caramel latte. Not bad choices, either, but still, did I really need it twice today? I also ate sausage pizza for lunch, followed by coconut cream pie for dessert. The pie was from Thursday and my husband's birthday. Tonight, I ate a slice of reduced fat banana chocolate chip coffee cake with my latte and I also scarfed up a Hershey bar. Hmmm...should all of this be telling me something? Must be close to "that" time again. Damn.
