Well, obviously, I've failed at the NaBloPoMo challenge again this month.  It's been a stressful month so far so I'm not going to harangue myself over it.  I'll still post some entries with the "hot" theme.  

I've been a bit down since my cat Indya passed away last week.  It's been busy at work and home life has had its ups and downs.  My son will be visiting with my sister and her family for most of next week so I plan to use the extra time to write, blog, draw, rest and spend some extra time with my husband.  I don't think my son has ever been gone for almost a week before so I'm sure it will feel strange to us all.  I do hope he has a fantastic time!  

I posted over at Texty Ladies today about my husband and I meeting Jim Lee last Saturday.  It was a spectacular day and Jim was so nice and generous!  I commented over at his MySpace blog about how much we enjoyed meeting him and mentioned my blog with a link.  Well, not an hour or so later, I got to work and lo and behold there was a message from Jim Lee!  I'm just waiting for the okay from him now before posting his message in the comments of today's post.  What a great guy!

Well, that's all for today.  Please pray for Jane E. Jones's, her daughter and their family.  Her daughter is ill and we ask for a speedy recovery.
